Felicia Valenzuela****************WARNING*************** Biggest ripoff store ever for non local visitors!!!!! I was there in early July and bought over $300+ fresh fish to be shipped back home and paid over $88 in expedited shipping fees. The carrier did not meet their delivery commitment but graciously agreed to reimburse me the expedite fee; however, because I had paid Sagaya direct, Sagaya would have to make the request for the refund (a simple phone call which I provided them the phone and tracking number). Sagaya refused to do so, so they say. Probably made the call and pocketed the money, so I believe at this point. The so called premium salmon, tuna, shrimp and scallops I ordered and received were a joke. Take it from my experience, save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere!!!! Signed a very disappointed and saddened customer, Felicia from Arizona......never again Sagaway and thanks Cora, Sagaway Manager for never returning my phone calls like you always said you would - GREAT customer service to boot - NOT!!!!1 month ago
